1 day tour to the mountains from Tashkent

Tour itinerary

• Departure from Tashkent by car towards the Chimgan Mountains at 9:00 (80 km, about 2 hours of travel).

• Upon arrival, visit to the modern ski resort of Amirsay. Ascent by cable car to the top of the Kumbel ridge 2300 m with excellent views of the surrounding mountains and Big Chimgan.

• Then transfer to the Chimgan tourist center, where, if desired, you can take the cable car to the observation deck of the Greater Chimgan or ride horses along the gorge at the foot of the mountain.

• Next, a trip to the shore of the artificial reservoir Charvak, surrounded by green mountain slopes. The lake, whose coastline is 100 kilometers long, like a blue gem, is framed by a chain of mountain ranges.

• Descent by car along the serpentine road to the restaurant. Before lunch, you will be able to explore small rocks with ancient petroglyphs, hidden in the shadow of huge centuries-old plane trees.

• Next, visit the restaurant. Here you can taste Uzbek cuisine.

• 17:00 departure to Tashkent. Total tour time is 7-8 hours.
